Cindy has spent most of her professional career in post-secondary education, training, and customer service. She earned her Real Estate license in 2009 for professional growth and development. After meeting and being inspired by Georgina Hennen, Team Leader in Celina, TX, she joined the Keller Williams North Country office in October 2009. She sold properties to family and friends and assisted in their real estate needs, while completing her MBA at Texas Woman’s University in 2011. Her extensive background in education and teacher training made her the ideal candidate for the Agent Services Director position in the fast paced, fast growing office of Keller Williams North Country in 2014. After a year and half as Agent Services Director, Cindy moved into the position of Market Center Administrator and furthered her knowledge of the Keller Williams Systems and Models. Her thirst for knowledge and desire to increase her skills led her to take the Market Center Administrator position with Keller Williams Southern Arizona in 2018. Cindy loves the KW Culture of success and team work. She has proven herself a dedicated professional, who knows how to utilize technology to provide agents the tools they need to make the best possible decisions regarding their business.
